Dr. Frank Farley is an expert psychologist who’s going to join Carl to discuss the disastrous Gulf oil outpouring and give some very encouraging words about it. If Congress fails to extend Medicaid assistance, it will have a terrible impact on Georgia according to Tim Sweeney of the Georgia Budget and Policy Institute.
