Speaking With . . .™

We’ll look at a way that students can improve their health and academic performance at the same time. Then we’ll begin this week’s exploration of Cuban and American relationships as a possible community-building opportunity.

As we answer the question “How are we doing?” we’ll take an issue that impacts us all and evaluate our thoughts and feelings about it. Then we’ll examine whether Cuba (Cubans) and America (Americans) should be working on improving our relations. How about building community on the international level?

Let’s continue to explore justice in the U.S. Be sure to wear your American hats instead of your party hats.

What kinds of disasters bother us the most?

How much exercise should we get?

Does affirmative action still have a role in the U.S.? How can we improve our concentration? Is there a way to help our children feel better?

Let’s continue to take a real look at how we wait on God when waiting is hard while we also let God’s word empower us to wait well.
