Dr. Steven Stosny is a psychologist who has treated more than 6000 people and excels in dealing with relationships. I’ll speak with him as we mine the riches of his book, Soar Above, and Dr. Stosny reveals how we can properly use our brains to rise above stress.

We’re still celebrating fathers. We’re also still determining how long middle-class citizens will remain there.

As we look into the future this week, I’ll focus on some dispositions that may help us weather the coming storms. Then let’s be further motivated to celebrate our fathers. (Remember, keep celebrating our mothers. Just add fathers to the list.)

DNA holds promise for treatment n the future. We’ll see what’s in store. Then I’ll share some insights regarding the need to persist.
