It’s time to be reminded (or informed) of some interesting facts concerning Independence Day. Have your thinking caps on! I’ll segue into discussions of freedom from various and significant perspectives.

Today I’ll speak with Dr. Philip Coule, Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Augusta University Medical Center, about the connections between infectious disease, emergency room care, and COVID-19.

I’ll speak with Ray Khalfani, a Policy Analyst with the Georgia Budget and Policy Institute, about the push to cut off Unemployment Insurance benefits to Georgia residents in need of assistance. Later I’ll conclude discussion of the ever-growing divide in America the beautiful.
