Mailing ballots can be a safe, quick way to cast our votes, but there are some concerns to consider.

For our Saturday listeners, we’re re-broadcasting Monday’s discussion regarding considerations for voting in-person vs by mail. Then let’s have an open-minded discussion as to whether black Americans should be compensated for slavery.

We’ll continue to gather information regarding our important opportunity to vote; I’ll speak with Cynthia Holland regarding information specific to residents of Aiken County, SC . I’ll also continue to share information on how our seniors can sign up for Medicare.

Lynn Bailey is Director of the Augusta-Richmond County Board of Elections; she has been leading the way towards development of a great elections system. I’ll speak with her about that system and how voters can benefit from it during our upcoming November elections.
