During the first hour, Carl will host several guests, including Tara Stallings, author of Ladies Let’s Talk  and previous guest on Speaking With…(TM), and Cornell Harris (RG), a man dedicated to motivating and equipping parents to help develop students who are ready for school and appeared as a previous guest. There may be others as Carl facilitates discussion that will help reveal how men and women can not only identify barriers to good relationships but also how to deal with those barriers so women and men can consciously work towards improving their chances of having good relationships.

In the second hour, Carl will share his thoughts about black history as he takes a look at man’s earliest beginnings to the present and shares the complexity that has been part of the story within the black race and the connection to other races.
