Dr. Bertha Holliday is Director of the Office of Ethnic Minority Affairs of the American Psychological Association. She conducts psychological research which includes the psychological aspects of racism. She will speak with Carl about this topic as she sheds light on issues as to how the perpetrators of racism can overcome their racist dispositions and victims of racism can effectively cope with this problem.
