Shawn M. Callaway, was accidentally shot while in college and was blinded as a result. He has since earned several degrees, including his Master of Social Work, and is serving as president of the Greater Washington, DC Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind (NFB) as well as a project officer for the Department of Health and Human Services Administration on Developmental Disabilities. He has a compelling story about life, love and disability.

Carl continues to take the listening community through a look at the emphasis that Americans place on green business.
