Carl continues to help the Speaking With Community gather accurate information that can help with the political decision-making process. Last week we began a series that explores whether the nation has fared better in key areas with Republican presidents or Democratic presidents. The first category, job increases, scored a huge win for Democrats. Today Carl will speak with Dr. Michael Comiskey, Assistant Professor of Political Science at Penn State Fayette, who will discuss his findings of whether the American business cycle tends to fare better under Republican or Democratic presidents.
