Timothy Sweeney serves as Deputy Director of Policy at the Georgia Budget and Policy Institute, a nonpartisan organization that provides expert input on policies and policy proposals and the impact they may have on our lives. He’ll join me to discuss the program that provides tax credits for contributions to hospitals and whether the program will help or hurt.
