Al Lopus is cofounder and CEO of the Best Christian Workplaces Institute. From his study of hundreds of organizations, he has discovered eight keys to developing a healthy culture and engaged employees. His findings can benefit people in a variety of leadership positions, including seasoned leaders and pastors, to name a few. I’ll speak with him about the insights that can help leaders develop a healthier workplace as we discuss principles in his book The Road to Flourishing.
