Carl begins a three-week long look at women. Previously, special attention had been given primarily to women of the white community in the business world,and over the next three weeks special attention will be given to black, Asian and Latina women respectively. The kick-off topic comes from Diversity, Inc.’s coverage of the connection between the black woman and erasure of debt.

Crystal Valentine is an inspiring young lady who has already accomplished much. She shares several of her very thought-provoking poems and discusses her specific goals for her life and challenges she’s already come in order to make her goals realistic and reachable. You’ll want to hear this young lady’s depth of insight.
